Will my main contact remain the same?
Yes. Please continue to contact who you normally interact with concerning your needs. Allen Engle, Steve Karch, and Dee Narey remain your day-to-day contacts for anything that may come up. If you do not have the email address or phone number of your representative, contact us to request a callback.
Will costs or fees stay the same as a result of this?
Yes, of course they will! CAI will honor all contracts and agreements you have previously made with Northland.
Will the collectors working our accounts remain the same?
Probably. There may be instances in the future where a change will bring about better performance. Any significant changes to how we process your accounts will not happen until we contact you to let you know.
Will our reports, statements, and forms remain the same?
Yes, for the time being, nothing will change concerning any of these items. Any future changes will be communicated in advance.
Will the Northland name change?
Yes, eventually Northland will become CAI. No definitive date or timetable has been set for this eventuality.
Will your physical location remain the same?
Yes. The Northland location in Minnesota will remain in operation.
