If you have received a letter or call regarding an account and if you have a question, please first try calling us at the number printed on any correspondence you received. If you do not have any correspondence, call 800-544-6359.

Sending Correspondence to CAI
Please send any correspondence to us to the PO Box printed on the correspondence you received. If you do not have a notice, as a last resort you may send payments and correspondence to the following address. Use this address only if you cannot find your notice, as it may delay credit to your account.
